Trust Central

Trust Central is TrustVision's client-facing console for managing identity verification and AI risk scoring in production. It's the operational home for two products:

  • eKYC — identity verification and liveness check at onboarding. See eKYC Platform for when to use it and how the journey works.
  • Vision Score — an AI credit risk signal generated from a single selfie image, designed to complement your existing credit models for applicants with a thin or no credit file. See Vision Score.

Both products can run independently or together, on the same application or the same lending channel. Trust Central is where you configure how they run, monitor how they perform, and review individual applicant outcomes — day to day, without needing engineering support for routine changes.

This section covers Trust Central itself — the console a business or operations user works in.

Two concepts worth understanding before anything else

Channel vs. Workflow. These are the two building blocks behind every configuration decision in Trust Central, and they're easy to confuse:

  • A Workflow is a reusable definition of which verification steps run, and in what order (e.g. "ID → NFC → Selfie", or "Vision Score Only"). Workflows are a shared library — you build them once. See Workflows.
  • A Channel is a lending pathway (e.g. your mobile app, an in-store retail partner, a telesales agent, a branch walk-in). Each channel picks which workflow(s) it runs and which risk-level group (how strict the AI checks are) applies to it. See Channels.

In short: workflows define what happens; channels define where and how strictly it happens. One workflow can be reused across multiple channels; one channel can offer more than one workflow.

Application. Every individual applicant's verification attempt — one eKYC journey or one Vision Score call — is recorded as an Application, with its own ID, submitted media, checks run, and final verdict. This is your audit trail. See Applications.
